Christian Endeavour believes that, all young people

Christian Endeavour is the interdenominational church-based youth ministry. It is a world-wide movement existing in 29 countries around the world. Christian Endeavour in India has its presence felt mostly in Protestant churches in India. It is affiliated with the World Christian Endeavour Union.

The four points where the 'E' touches the 'C' represents the four principles of Christian Endeavour.
There are 1510 Christian Endeavour Societies with 70,500(approx.) endeavourers actively involved in the CE movement in India. Taking geographical and large number of CE societies into consideration, the organizational structure has been divided into four regions. C.E. in South India, C.E. in North East India, C.E. in East India, and C.E. in North India. C.E. in India serves as an umbrella organization covering all four regions.

THE FOUNDATION OF CHRISTIAN ENDEAVOUR:
The Christian Endeavour movement began when a young pastor Rev. Francis Edward Clark of Williston Congregational Church in Portland Maine challenged his young people with a plan for their part in the local church. The young people of that church accepted the challenge of their pastor and the Christian Endeavour society for formed on Wednesday evening, the 2nd February 1881.
