CONVENTION FEE:

(Includes food, registration, and all convention programming)

. 150 USD (Region 1 : Europe, Australia, and Pacific, Korea, Japan, USA, Canada, Mexico)

. 135 USD (Region 2: South America, India and any other countries from Asia)

. 120 USD (Region 3: Africa)

Young people under 30 years of age get a 25 USD discount on their convention fee.

ACCOMMODATION FEE:

. 0 USD : Guest Family. Please prepare a gift.

. Up to 75 USD: Motel

. Up to 170 USD: Hotel

Please be aware that all accommodation fees are subject to change!

FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS:

.Travel to San Diego International Airport if possible. Transportation from surrounding airports will take a long time to commute.

. Please use Raptim Humanitarian Travel Services. Our arrangement with them allows the greatest level of security and peace of mind for those coordinating the event. Raptim will also be watching your status until you arrive at the event to make sure you are safe.
